I am experienced in legal translations from and to Italian: civil, trade, administrative, property, labour and insurance law.
Certified translations from Italian into Bulgarian and vice versa, of:
- Legal and notary documents (notarized title deeds, last wills and testaments, donations, partitions, declarations, powers of attorney, signature specimens etc.)
- Court decisions, subpoenas, testimonials, process documents
- Legislation – laws, decrees, ordinances etc.

According to the Bulgarian legislation, the certification by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the translation of a certain document, can only be made if such translation is done by a “sworn translator” registered with the “Legalization and Certifications” Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria.
